Role: Van Salesman
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 2,000 per month
Commission: SAR 4,000 – SAR 5,000 every 3 months (based on performance)
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Van Salesman to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and be capable of managing direct van sales operations effectively. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to meet sales targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct van-based sales and delivery operations efficiently
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
- Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand client base
- Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and inventory
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) – QVP required
- Valid Indian heavy vehicle driving license
- Proven experience in direct field sales (FMCG or similar preferred)
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Age must be below 40 years
- Physically fit and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills and a result-oriented approach
