Job Title: Sales Team Leader
Location: Jeddah, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 8,000 – 9,000 per month
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the chemical industry
- Strong knowledge of aromatic and aliphatic products
- Proven experience in sales of chemical, solvent, paint, coating thinner, rubber, and related products
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
