About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Support professional to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. As an ERP Support specialist, you will work closely with our ERP team to ensure the smooth implementation and operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Your technical expertise and experience in software development and ERP systems will drive the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the ERP team to ensure proper implementation and operation of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Perform data migration tasks from SQL server to D365 excel templates
- Identify gaps within the system during user acceptance testing and work with departments to address them
- Provide training and support to ERP users and extract the best out of the team
- Follow project deadlines, workflow, and tasks, and submit weekly reports to the Group IT manager
- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools
Technical Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development/programming (Visual Studio, (link unavailable), ASP, C#, Java, SQL)
- At least 1 year of ERP working knowledge, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience with report development tools like Power BI or Qlik Sense
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Expertise in MS Excel
- Attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Ability to present findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders
