Position: HR & Admin Asst.
Location: Qatar
Experience: 1-3 years’ experience
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Salary: 2500 QAR
Duty hours: 9 hours

Job Responsibilities.
- Prepare monthly payroll. Leave settlements, resignation/termination settlement.
- Collecting and checking daily, weekly & monthly timesheets.
- To maintain and update HR Forms.
- Assist with job posting and job advertisement placement on various job boards and company websites.
- Coordinate interviews, including scheduling and communicating with candidates.
- Assist in the new hire onboarding process, which includes preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Collect and process new hire documentation, such as PP , QID , Medical Certificates etc.
- Maintain employee records, both in physical files and electronic HR information systems.
- Monitor and track employee attendance, leave requests, and paid time off.
- Assist in managing time and attendance systems and ensure accurate records.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related issues.
- Help in resolving minor employee disputes or conflicts.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as filing, answering phone calls, and managing appointment schedules.
Skills
- Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience in ERP
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
