Role: Workshop Supervisor
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 5,000 – 12,000 (based on experience)
Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
Experience: 7–20 years in service, repair, and management of workshops handling earth‑moving, construction, and heavy equipment
Specialization: Experience with dozers, cranes, boom trucks, forklifts, water tankers, trucks, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily workshop operations including service and repair of heavy equipment
- Oversee maintenance of earth‑moving and construction machinery
- Supervise a team of technicians and ensure quality of work
- Plan and schedule equipment maintenance to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Requirements:
- Strong experience in managing workshops for heavy equipment
- Expertise in handling various types of machinery (dozers, cranes, trucks, etc.)
- Leadership skills to manage and train workshop staff
