The QA/QC Civil Engineer position in Bahrain offers a salary of SR 5,000 to SR 10,000 per month. The role targets professionals with a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree and 10 years of extensive experience in quality assurance and quality control within the oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project sectors. Candidates must have prior work experience in the GCC region, ensuring familiarity with local regulations, industry standards, and project execution practices specific to the Gulf market.

- Location: Bahrain (GCC region).
- Salary Range: SR 5,000 – 10,000 monthly, based on experience and expertise.
- Experience Requirement: Minimum 10 years in QA/QC for civil engineering projects in oil & gas or related industries.
- GCC Experience: Mandatory GCC work history, demonstrating knowledge of regional codes, certifications, and client expectations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and enforce QA/QC inspection plans for civil construction activities in oil & gas facilities.
- Perform material inspections, testing, and compliance audits aligned with international standards (e.g., ASTM, ASME) and project specifications.
- Review drawings, method statements, and ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
- Manage comprehensive documentation including inspection reports, non‑conformance logs, and certification records.
- Liaise with engineers, contractors, and third‑party agencies to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Integrate health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices into all QA/QC processes.
