MEP Erection Project Supervisor (Electrical / Plumbing / Duct) – UAE
The Supervisor – Electrical, Plumbing & Duct role is for a high‑rise building MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing) erection project based in the UAE. The position offers a salary of AED 3,500 to 5,000 per month, with Gulf (GCC) experience preferred and mandatory experience in high‑rise building construction.
Role: Supervisor (Electrical / Plumbing / Duct)
Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE), high‑rise construction site.
Salary: AED 3,500 – 5,000 monthly.
Experience: Must have hands‑on experience in high‑rise building construction; GCC experience is preferred.
Working Hours: 8‑hour regular duty + 2 hours compulsory overtime (OT).

Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, plumbing networks, and ductwork in a high‑rise building project.
- Coordinate daily MEP erection activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Manage a team of electricians, plumbers, and duct technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Oversee material procurement, inventory, and proper usage on site to avoid wastage and delays.
- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations during erection and OT hours.
- Prepare daily progress reports, log OT hours, and ensure accurate documentation for client and internal audits.
- Handle troubleshooting and quick resolution of on‑site technical issues related to electrical, plumbing, or duct systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience supervising MEP works in high‑rise construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation, plumbing systems, and HVAC ductwork.
- Ability to lead and motivate a multi‑trade team under tight schedules and OT conditions.
- Familiarity with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and GCC project practices.
- Good organizational and communication skills for coordination with engineers, contractors, and management.
