Job Overview

National and Overseas Consultancy is hiring Customer Service Executives for Mark & Save, a growing hypermarket chain located in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly as they enter the hypermarket and assist them with their inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, promotions, and location of items within the store.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Manage checkout counters, process transactions accurately, and handle cash/digital payments if required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service desk and front-end environment.
  • Collaborate with store management and floor staff to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements & Eligibility

  • Education: Minimum +2 Pass (Higher Secondary School Certificate).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Supermarket, Hypermarket, or Retail Store environment.
  • Age Limit: 21 to 30 years old.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, customer-first mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: 35,000 INR per month.
  • Job Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE).
  • Additional Benefits: Free Accommodation provided by the company.
