Basic Salary: OMR 100 – 150 (based on experience).
Allowance: OMR 30 – 50 (based on experience).
Working Hours: 9 hours per day (as per company schedule).

Position Overview:
We are looking for experienced and talented Aluminium Fabricators to join a reputed company in Oman. The selected candidates will be responsible for carrying out all types of aluminium fabrication works, including cutting, assembling, and installing aluminium structures as per technical drawings and specifications. The role demands precision, skill, and commitment to quality workmanship in line with company and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all kinds of aluminium fabrication works such as doors, windows, curtain walls, partitions, and frames.
- Interpret and follow detailed fabrication drawings and blueprints.
- Cut, shape, and join aluminium parts using various fabrication tools and machines.
- Ensure all fabricated products meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, following company safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or project manager.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience and proficiency in all areas of aluminium fabrication.
- Strong technical skills with good understanding of fabrication tools and machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Physically fit and capable of handling fabrication materials and equipment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Overtime:
125% of the basic rate for extra hours on working days.
150% of the basic rate for overtime on weekly off days (Friday & Saturday).
Estimated Total Monthly Salary: OMR 175 – 225 (including overtime and allowances, depending on experience).
Accommodation & Transportation:
Both accommodation and transportation will be arranged and provided by the company at no additional cost to the employee.
Contract Details:
Contract Period: 2 years (renewable based on performance and company requirements).
Medical Coverage: Provided by the company as per Oman Labour Law.
Employment Visa: Provided by the company.
