URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR BANKING SECTOR

Job Title: Banking Sales Staff
Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Salary: AED 3,000 per month + incentives

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Banking Sales Staff to join our team in the UAE. As a Banking Sales Staff, you will be responsible for promoting and selling banking products and services to individual and corporate clients, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell banking products and services, such as loans, credit cards, and investment products
• Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and build relationships with existing clients
• Provide excellent customer service, and respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as credit and risk teams, to ensure smooth sales processes
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and changes in the banking industry

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banking, insurance, or finance sector sales (other sales experience also considered)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and meet sales targets
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services (training will be provided)
• Fluency in English (Arabic language skills an advantage)
