Role: Banking Sales Staff – Credit Card Sales
Number of Vacancies: 100
Work Location: UAE
Interview Location: Thirunelveli, Tamil Nadu (Direct Interview)
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: AED 2,000 – 3,000
Attractive Incentives: Performance-based incentives in addition to fixed salary
Approximate Salary in INR: ₹75,000 per month
Working Visa: Provided as per UAE labour regulations
Key Responsibilities
– Promote and sell banking products, primarily credit cards, to prospective customers
– Identify potential clients and generate leads through direct sales activities
– Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility clearly to customers
– Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance
– Maintain accurate customer records and follow up for conversions
– Ensure compliance with bank policies and UAE banking regulations
Candidate Requirements
– Gender: Male / Female
– Age Limit: 20 to 38 years
– Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience:
– Sales & Marketing experience is required
– Banking or financial services experience will be an added advantage
Skills:
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
