The ideal candidate will be responsible for the programming, configuration, integration, and commissioning of advanced audiovisual systems. This role involves close collaboration with clients, project teams, and IT professionals to deliver high-performance, network-integrated AV solutions. Qualifications & Skills• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.• Technical Skills:• Strong knowledge of AV control system programming platforms such as Crestron SIMPL, AMX NetLinx Studio, Extron Global Configurator, Q-SYS Designer, Biamp Tesira, and Dante Controller.• Solid understanding of IT networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, switches, routers, VLANs, and network-based AV protocols.• Experience:• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AV system programming, commissioning, and integration.• Familiarity with audio DSPs, video distribution, control system protocols, and IT-integrated AV deployments.• Communication:• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Problem-Solving:• Strong troubleshooting capabilities and attention to detail.• Ability to resolve issues efficiently in live project environments.• Certifications (Preferred):• Crestron Certified Programmer (CCP), AMX Certified Expert (ACE), Q-SYS Level 1/2, Biamp Certification, or similar.
