Job Title: Catering Supervisor
Location: Oman
Salary: Negotiable
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of catering staff, including cooks, servers, and dishwashers
- Plan and organize menus, taking into account dietary restrictions, nutritional requirements, and client preferences
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that food and service meet our high standards
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Train and develop staff to improve their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Catering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial catering company
- Proven track record of success in managing catering operations and leading teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards
