CATERING SUPERVISOR

Job Title: Catering Supervisor

Location: Oman

Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of catering staff, including cooks, servers, and dishwashers
  • Plan and organize menus, taking into account dietary restrictions, nutritional requirements, and client preferences
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure that food and service meet our high standards
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Train and develop staff to improve their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Catering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial catering company
  • Proven track record of success in managing catering operations and leading teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards
