Position: Executive Accountant

Salary: $800 – $1000 per month + accommodation
We’re seeking an experienced Executive Accountant to join our team in Congo, Central Africa, within the construction industry. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a strong background in finance and accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and analyses
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and company policies
- Lead and manage a team of accountants, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with management to make informed financial decisions
- Develop and implement financial strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in accounting and finance, including 2-3 years as an independent finance/accounts in-charge
- Qualifications: CA Inter, CS, or PG in Commerce
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Tally, billing software, advanced Excel, and PPT
- Strong time and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Preferred Experience: Logistic industry experience would be an added advantage
