Job Title: Heavy Equipment Supervisor (Hydraulic)
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 3000 – 4000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment
- Conduct field inspections and diagnose equipment problems
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient equipment operation
- Train and supervise junior technicians and operators
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repair
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair
- Field and hands-on repair experience with hydraulic equipment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to handle and supervise a team of technicians and operators
