INSURANCE COORDINATOR

WE ARE HIRING FOR A LEADING HOSPITAL IN KUWAIT

Job Title: Insurance Coordinator
Location: Kuwait
Salary: KWD 250-300 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate insurance-related activities, including processing claims, handling policy inquiries, and resolving customer complaints
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of insurance claims, including verifying policy details, reviewing claims forms, and obtaining necessary documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including claims files, policy records, and customer correspondence
  • Collaborate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of claims and resolution of issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field (insurance, healthcare, customer service, etc.)
  • Any degree from a recognized university
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
