Job Title: NDG Supervisor
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 2,200 – 2,500 per month
Duty Hours: 10 Hours (1 Hour break)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the non-destructive testing of soil and construction materials, including density tests, moisture content tests, and other related tests
- Ensure that all tests are conducted in accordance with established procedures and standards, such as ASTM and BS
- Interpret and evaluate test results, and provide recommendations for further testing or construction activities
- Develop and implement testing protocols and procedures
- Train and supervise laboratory technicians and assistants
- Ensure that all testing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that testing activities are integrated into overall operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in soil testing or a related field
- Strong knowledge of non-destructive testing principles, procedures, and standards
- Experience in supervising and coordinating laboratory testing activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
