Position: Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 5000 – 7000 (inclusive of food allowance)
Working Hours: 9 hours/day
Key Requirements:
- Mandatory Gulf Experience: Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or UAE is essential.
- Kerala Origin: Only candidates from Kerala are eligible to apply.
- Engineering Background: Must be a qualified Engineer with a relevant degree.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations and maintenance activities of the organization.
- Ensure efficient and safe operations, adhering to industry standards and company policies.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize operations and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
