URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR SAUDI ARABIA

Job Title: Personal Secretary

Location: Saudi Arabia

Salary: SAR 2000 + 200 (Food)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and making travel arrangements
  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Coordinate and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Fresher with relatable knowledge and skills
  • Contract period: 2 years
  • Visa: Provided by the company (Professional Worker Visa)
  • Age: Below 38 years old
  • Duty hours: 10 hours per day
