Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 4,000 – 6,000 per month
Duty hours: 08 hours
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets
- Supervise and direct a team of production staff to ensure efficient and safe production processes
- Monitor and control production workflows to ensure quality and quantity standards are met
- Identify and resolve production problems, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure smooth production operations
- Analyse production data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize production processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in the steel industry
- Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control principles
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures
