RESTAURANT MANAGER

Role: Restaurant Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary: SAR 4500 – 5500 + OT (Overtime)

  • Job Description:
    • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and food quality
    • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer satisfaction
    • Manage inventory, orders, and supplies, and optimize cost control measures
    • Handle customer complaints and feedback, and implement improvements
    • Lead and motivate a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and other F&B staff
    • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food delivery
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant
    • Proven track record of excellent customer service and team leadership
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible to work varied shifts
