Role: Restaurant Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 4500 – 5500 + OT (Overtime)
- Job Description:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and food quality
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory, orders, and supplies, and optimize cost control measures
- Handle customer complaints and feedback, and implement improvements
- Lead and motivate a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and other F&B staff
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food delivery
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant
- Proven track record of excellent customer service and team leadership
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible to work varied shifts
