REQUIREMENTS FOR BAHRAIN
Job Title: Riggers Crane
Location: Bahrain
Salary: Negotiable
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain cranes and other heavy equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on cranes and equipment, identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems
- Collaborate with other team members, including riggers, crane operators, and technicians, to achieve project goals and maintain our high standards of safety and quality
- Follow company safety policies and procedures, adhering to all relevant safety regulations and guidelines
- Participate in safety training and meetings, staying up-to-date on the latest safety procedures and best practices
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping to develop their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a related field (rigging, crane operation, etc.)
- Strong technical knowledge of cranes and heavy equipment, including maintenance and repair procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex technical issues
- Ability to work safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant safety regulations and guidelines
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with other team members and provide guidance and support to junior team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
