Job Title: Sales Officer

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling financial products and services, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients to promote the company’s financial products and services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
- Provide clients with detailed information regarding products, ensuring they understand all terms and benefits.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements within the banking and financial sectors.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the banking sector or direct sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
