Job Title: Sales Supervisor
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 6,500
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including bakeries, cafes, and restaurants
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide training and coaching to sales team members to improve their sales skills
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMC (Food, Bakery, and Confectionery) industry
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong knowledge of pastry items, cakes, and other bakery products
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or hospitality
