Job Title: Store In charge
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 3000 to 3500 per month (including food)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Lead and supervise a team of store staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean, organized, and safe manner
- Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement
- Analyse sales data and make recommendations for improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 4 years of experience in convenience store, hypermarket, or supermarket management
- Fluency in Arabic or English required
- Previous experience in retail or convenience store management preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills required
- Ability to train and supervise store staff
- Age: 30 years old
