Job Title: Store Manager – F&B
Location: Kuwait.
Salary: KD 220 – 250 per month
Duty hours: 09 Hours
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team in Kuwait. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our F&B store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the F&B store, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promoting products
- Maintain high standards of store appearance, cleanliness, and organization
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
- Control inventory levels, manage stockroom, and ensure accurate inventory reporting
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize stock loss and damage
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B store management
- Any degree
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems
- Excellent customer service skills
