Job Title: Technical Supervisor – Soil Testing Laboratory
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate soil testing activities, including sampling, testing, and analysis
- Ensure that all laboratory equipment and instruments are properly installed, maintained, and calibrated
- Provide technical guidance and support to laboratory technicians and assistants as needed
- Troubleshoot technical problems and develop solutions related to soil testing and analysis
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all laboratory equipment and instruments are functioning properly
- Develop and implement quality control and quality assurance procedures to ensure accurate and reliable test results
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that technical requirements are met
Requirements:
- Relevant experience and qualification in a relevant field (e.g. geology, civil engineering, environmental science, etc.)
- Ability to speak basic English
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills related to soil testing and analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment and adapt to changing priorities
