Location: Maldives
Core Responsibilities
- End-to-End Execution: Oversee and manage the complete life cycle of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) execution on-site.
- Sub-Contractor Management: Coordinate, supervise, and manage sub-contractors to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- QA/QC & Safety Compliance: Maintain strict quality assurance and quality control standards while ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience, specifically with a strong focus on Resort Work and exposure to International Projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- System Expertise: Deep technical knowledge in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Fire Fighting systems.
Salary Details
- Senior MEP Manager: $1600 – $2000 (depending on experience)
- Asst MEP Manager: $1000 – $1400 (depending on experience)
